Our Philosophy Regarding Our Employees

A company is only as good as the people who work there. We strive to attract, hire, and retain the best and the brightest in our industry. To these ends we offer the following in addition to an industry-leading wage scale:

Full medical benefits, with a small percentage paid for by the employee depending on his/her marital and/or family status. Dental and eye-care are also available options.

Short-term, Long-term disability, life insurance provided at no charge to the employee.

We offer a generous profit sharing program in addition to a 401k program.

Company provided vehicle, cell-phone, gas card, expense account, uniforms, meal allowance, certain company provided tools.

Vacation: (this schedule can be modified as a condition of employment)

2 weeks after 2 years
3 weeks after 5 years
4 weeks after 10 years
5 weeks after 15 years

Regular educational opportunities, depending on level of interest, from factory/vendor representatives in what a few employees have dubbed, �Allied University.�

Liberal call schedule where currently, individuals are on-call about every 5-6 weeks.
